• Return Window

  • You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

• Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused.

  • Must be in original packaging with all tags.

  • All accessories/free items must be included.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings & hygiene-related items

  • Used or customer-damaged items

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • Customized products

• Return Shipping Cost

  • For normal returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping.

  • For wrong/damaged/defective items: Free return shipping.

• Replacement Policy

  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours for damaged/wrong items.

  • Unboxing/parcel opening video is mandatory.

  • If the same product is not available, refund/store credit will be issued.

• Refund Policy

  • Refund will be initiated within 2–5 working days after QC approval.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the same payment source.

  • COD orders: Refund to bank/UPI shared by the customer.

• QC Fail Conditions (No Refund)

  • Product is used

  • Product damaged by customer

  • Missing items/accessories

  • Wrong item returned

• Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before packing.

  • Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Fraud Prevention

  • Returns may be rejected for customers with repeated return abuse.

  • Returning empty box/wrong item will lead to strict action.
