Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours for damaged/wrong items.

Unboxing/parcel opening video is mandatory.

If the same product is not available, refund/store credit will be issued.

Refund will be initiated within 2–5 working days after QC approval.

Prepaid orders: Refund to the same payment source.

COD orders: Refund to bank/UPI shared by the customer.
